Nutrition is extremely important to a happy and healthy lifestyle! Last June I became very interested in food and had to find out what I was eating. Now I am a vegetarian! Hahahah. I’m not saying if you do research about your eating habits you will become and Veg Head but I do suggest you find out. I learned that there are all sorts of reasons why we eat the foods we do, but there are also lots of healthy alternatives that are just as satisfying! You don’t have to diet or never eat candy again to be healthy, in fact dieting is horrible for your body! You just have to be aware of the kinds of food you are consuming. Do some research and decide what is best for you. Our bodies are beautiful things and we should all take good care of them.
